PAYMENT TERMS *

I understand fifty percent (50%) of my tour cost must be paid by August 3, 2020, and the full cost (100%) must be paid by October 2, 2020. I also understand weekly / monthly payments are accepted and all checks should be payable to D.I. Travel and mailed to P.O. Box 690, Alpharetta, GA 30009-0690. FIT TO TRAVEL STATEMENT *

I accept the responsibility for being in good health and able to walk and travel on the tour. I understand that many of the sites we will visit may involve walking on challenging and uneven terrain, walking up ancient stairs, up hills, and the like.
I understand that those requiring special assistance such as oxygen, wheel chairs or other ambulatory assistance may find the tour limiting to their experiences.
I understand that I will need to be able to walk 2-3 miles a day, climb 2-3 flights of stairs and stand for an hour in one place.

STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY AND AGREEMENT

I. Registration and payment of deposit constitutes your acceptance of the "Fine Print" of the tour host as outlined in the tour brochure and posted on the host's website (www.theroadtojerusalem.org). Divine Inspirations Travel (hereafter D.I. Travel) acts only as an agent for the tour host, tour operator, and relevant supplier(s) in securing hotels, transportation, and other travel services, and in no event shall D.I. Travel be liable for failure by any such host, operator and/or supplier to render any transportation, lodging or other travel service to be provided on the tour.

II. The above mentioned travel registrant agrees that D.I Travel assumes no liability for injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur by reason of any negligent or willful act or omission of any suppliers of service. Similarly, without limiting the foregoing, travel registrant agrees to hold D.I. Travel harmless for any defect in any vehicle, plane, boat, bus, car, van or other vehicle, act of war or insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt or other civil uprising, military action, strikes or labor unrest or any Act of God or for any other act of any third party.

III. D.I. Travel does not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules, hotel over-bookings or other hotel related problems or other causes. D.I. Travel may not be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage during the tour. All such losses or additional expenses will be the responsibility of the travel registrant.

IV. In the event that travel registrant cancels from this tour, cancellation penalties will apply as outlined below and in the "Fine Print" of the tour host's brochure.

CANCELLATION FEES

* Day of registration to August 3, 2020: $500.00 Deposit

* August 4, 2020 to September 3, 2020: 50% of tour cost

* September 4, 2020 to October 2, 2020: 75% of tour cost

* October 3, 2020 to December 1, 2020: 100% of total package cost

V. Additionally, the right is reserved to make adjustments to the itinerary as deemed desirable to D.I. Travel, the tour host or the tour operator, and the right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure.

VI. Prices are based on tariffs in effect as of January 1 of the previous year and are subject to adjustment without notice in the event of any change or currency fluctuation. All prices quoted are subject to change prior to payment in full due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharge increases, government taxes and fee(s) increases or unforeseen circumstances. In addition, you may be subject to a price increase after payment in full has been received due to potential government imposed taxes and fees.

VII. It is agreed by and between the travel registrant and D.I. Travel that all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, or in connection with or incident to the responsibilities of D.I. Travel shall be litigated in and before a court located in the State of Georgia, USA to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or country. Georgia law will be applicable to any dispute which arises out of/or concerns this registration, brochure or your tour.

VIII. By submitting this on-line registration, I/We certify that I/We have read the "Fine Print" of the tour host, understand its content, and agree to its terms including but not limited to the cancellation fees and potential for price increases that may apply before payment in full has been received as set forth in the "Fine Print" and potential price increases after payment in full has been received due to government imposed taxes and fees.

IX. Enrollment in, payment of deposit and/or acceptance of final documents, vouchers, or tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the "Fine Print" and the Statement of Responsibility and Agreement.
